I have just heard from Dr Fillers Nervemed in America, that he hopes to hold a clinic in Harley Street, London on a 6 weekly basis. I don't know what he will be able to offer except an examination for which I was quoted $300 - $500.
I must say that he is the ONLY doctor who has examined me properly, but then he is the only doctor who I have seen with a knowledge of non disc nerve entrapment. It would be good if his diagnostic imaging was available too, especially for the smaller nerves, but then my Medtel scan did seem to show up the pudendal nerve entrapment.
Anyone interested will be able to find out more at www.nervemed.com Tell them Helen sent you, I may get a reduction in my bill |

Helen,
I think that his appearances are an attempt at trying to increase the number of people who use the MRN machine. Wouldn't that make sense?

I'm sure his trip is truely altruistic ! ! I honestly didn't think he had time to fit anyone else in, but do think that London would be a good place to start on Europe. Tomorrow, THE WORLD ! |

I think thats great news Helen. Thanks for sharing it. I've heard there are a few developments in the UK for PNE already. It would be great if Filler could share his knowledge.
The more awareness and experts there are in PNE the better as far as I am concerned. |

| I am hoping to have an appt when he next comes to London. His secretary told me that the idea was to be able to see patients he had seen before and follow them up eg further treatment. Which isnt very encouraging is it!! But they will see new patients too as getting enquiries. It would give people in UK a better idea of whether they would benefit from going out for a scan. I am sure Filler would like a UK facility but I dont get the impresion that is on the cards at the present. |
